When you order an item I will painstakingly insure that I design exactly what you are requesting. If you desire, I will send you email photos of your item being made. A sort of, "work in progress" journal.

Once a design for your item is agreed upon. I require 50% of the price upfront before any work is started. Once the item is finished, the remaining 50% is due before the item is shipped.

If you live in Northeastern Wisconsin, you are welcome to pick up your item at my shop and avoid delivery charges.
